Business Outsourcing

In the business world, the purpose of outsourcing is to hire external suppliers for certain specialized services in areas where the company has no specialized staff in order to solve those specific needs. This reduces associated costs and expenses since the company does not have to increase the payroll, equipment, office space, etc.

When companies outsource certain administrative activities, they can devote more time and resources to their key areas of competence and differentiation, which are the core of their business and which help enhancing the quality of their products or services and increasing client satisfaction.

“We do it for You”, our outsourcing services consists of accounting activities, payroll administration, internal audit, physical inventory, etc.

Our staff does the processing of the client’s accounting either at their office or ours. For the provision of this service, we have an accounting system in the cloud, fully optimized with the requirements for the Electronic Ledgers and monthly tax returns set out by SUNAT.

This service includes establishing procedures for the timely obtention of information to be recorded, processing accounting information through our computer system (in case the client does not have a system of their own), account analysis and preparation of financial statements according to the framework of the International Financial Reporting Standards as per the requirements of the Management and/or the Board of Directors of the Company.

For the provision of this service we have a payroll system in the cloud and experienced staff with a vast knowledge of labor law, who are in charge of processing and administration of the clients’ payrolls. Also, we do the estimation of the workers’ benefits, such as: Vacations, bonuses, compensation for service time, profit-sharing, among other benefits.

This service also includes keeping the staff information updated in the T-Registro system, preparation of the Monthly Payroll – PLAME PDT 601 and its submission to the Peruvian Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration – SUNAT, according to the schedule previously set out.

This manageurial assurance activity was conceived to add value and improve the Company’s processes and operations.

Our service consists of: Organization and implementation of the internal audit office, implementation of a Computer System, training the staff in the use of the System and assessment of the management of the different areas of the Company, to determine the extent of their contribution to the achievement of its objectives. Also, it involves determining and/or assessing the risks associated with activities and operations, as well as assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of the control mechanisms set out by the management in order to control and/or mitigate their impact so as to safeguard the proper use and management of the Company’s resources.

Inventory-taking of stocks and fixed assets of the Company allows the verification, to a certain date, of the real existence of inventory and fixed assets. In both cases, the preservation and conditions of use of said goods is set out. The results of the Physical Inventories are reconciled to the ledgers to determine the missing items and/or the surplus so that the accounting shows real balances to be revealed in the financial statements.

The physical inventory is made using the Barcode technology or, otherwise, with the traditional method of Inventory-taking. The reports of physical control for said service, issued by the client’s computer system, are the basis for this service. A team of experts with extensive experience are in charge of carrying out this service; they go to the client’s premises where the warehouse for the stock or fixed assets to be inventoried is located.

An internal control system is a set of actions, rules, policies and methods set out by Companies with the purpose of preventing risks in their environment. It encompasses five main components: control environment, risk assessment, manageurial control activities, information and communication, and monitoring.

The responsibility of the internal control system is a general commitment of all members, but its good work must be operated and monitored by the management and the management bodies of the Company, as well as the auditors.

Components of internal control COSO.

The main components that govern internal control are the following:

  • Control environment. The control environment shows the attitude and alertness of all the members of a Company.
  • Risk assessment. After setting out the objective of a business, internal and external risks should be assessed. The directorate determines the risk control means after examining those related to each objective.
  • Control activities These are the policies and procedures established by the management bodies to ensure the achievement of the Company’s specific objective. These procedures are the following:
  • Proper delegation of tasks
  • Segregation of responsibilities
  • Document preparation and use
  • Adoption of safety measures to protect their assets
  • Control in the implementation of the activities  
  • Information and communication The relevant information, both from external and internal sources, for decision-making, should be gathered and notified in the right moment. Communication is key to achieving the management objectives.  
  • Monitoring The organization monitors the efficacy of the internal control system so that the necessary and relevant changes can be introduced when deviations or substantial noncompliances are detected in order to meet the business objectives.

This service is aimed at the scope of Companies and Public Entities. We assess the context of each audit remark and its relationship with the remedial measures recommended by the Audit Societies or the Institutional Supervisory Bodies.

We analyze, from the Cost-Benefit criterion, the feasibility of implementing each remedial measure recommended in the Audit Reports an we advice the Company or Public Entity in the implementation of said recommendations (remedial measures) or in the preparation of the technical support that states its operating impracticality.
